Product Training works hard to meet the training needs of our
clients.
Mode of delivery
Instructor-led courses
The majority of courses on offer are instructor-led with groups
of 10-12 trainees. Delivered by in-house trainers with expert
product knowledge, our courses are practically-oriented and
include hands-on, skills-based exercises. Each course includes a
training manual as well as a PowerPoint presentation, and a
course feedback form. Instructor-led courses can vary in
duration between 1 and 5 days.
Training can be carried out on-site at the client facility, at
shared seminars in selected cities throughout the UK or North
America, or at Trade Cert Limited headquarters in Galway,
Ireland.
One on one training
Trade Cert staff are sometimes made
available for one on on training, particularly during new
installations at Enterprise clients. Please enquire about
the options available, and the cost structure.
Computer-based training options are planned for delivery
during the course of 2008.
