Happily once you can read this page you already have most of the requirements for using the TradeCert service. These are:

1. Personal computer
2. Internet connection, preferably broadband but unless you are uploading particularly large attachment files this will not be an issue
3. An internet browser - either Internet 6 or above, or Firefox 3 or above
4.  Good quality color printer

Depending on your issuing Chamber of Commerce you may also need blank Certificate of Origin Forms of the kind normally issued by the Chamber. Alternatively a supply of standard white paper.
