How do I use the service

ANSWER

Registered TradeCert.com users simply log-on to our secure Web site using an internet browser. Each user is automatically directed to a set of personalised web pages containing previously entered Certificates of Origin not yet approved and stamped by their Chambers. These pages also give the user facilities to add their customer and / or supplier details and associated product shipment types. These are stored and made available for inserting as Consignors, Consignees, and Product details during the creation of a Certificate of Origin application.


Clients can apply fora  new Certificate of Origin electronically and attach the appropriate supporting documentation – e.g. Invoices. If required - for instances with respect to exports to Arab states - the supporting documents can also be stamped electronically by the chamber and returned duly certified to the client on line. The service provides a facility to move and position the chamber stamp on any part of the invoice, thus ensuring that the stamp does not occlude vital information already present on the document.
