Trade Cert Limited
Trade Cert Limited was formed to provide online
certification services. Company principals
noticed that, while online certification services and
secure documents were coming rapidly to the Internet community, most
solutions seemed overly complicated, awkward to use
and required a great deal of skill and training on the
part of users. Trade Cert wanted to apply the
latest consumer friendly web technology to this
complicated function, and the result has been beyond
our expectations.
The best indicator of our success is that the vast
majority of client users are up and running, and
creating online Applications for certified documents,
after a five to ten minute introduction! Our
goal was to create a system that was simple for users
-- where the hard work was done by the technology.

Management
The Trade Cert Limited
team is led by Tom Kelly and Brian Smith. With
backgrounds in international banking and electronic
trade documentation, Brian and Tom bring years of
experience to Trade Cert -- experience
you
can
put to work for you and your clients. Brian previously
served as Chief Executive of a U.S. affiliate of Bank
of Ireland Group, a
major European bank, involved in electronic
documentation for letters of credit, and has personally conducted business in 23
countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Tom has years of
experience in international banking, having lived a
number of years in Hong Kong and New York as a Bank of
Ireland senior manager. He has also served
as Chief Executive of the offshore subsidiary of
Anglo-Irish Bank.
Our technology team, led
by Eoin Leahy, formerly a division General Manager at
mobile phone maker Ericsson, includes some of the
brightest minds in software development worldwide,
including associates who have worked previously in IT
roles for Adobe, Lloyds Bank International, Deloitte
and Touche and other world-class companies. |
